How we can help you

  • One of our Care Consultants will call you to listen to your requirements and establish your individual wishes, location and budget
  • We will liaise with the hospital discharge team to establish care needs and later keep them up to date for you on progress
  • We will quickly research the care homes or care agencies with vacancies or availability in your area and draw up a shortlist meeting your requirements
  • Details of the shortlisted providers for you to consider will be included in a report that we will send to you together with useful factsheets containing essential information on paying for care and how to choose the best care provider

You can then view the homes or arrange an assessment by your preferred care agency.

Every step of the way our team are a call away to answer queries and continue to provide options until you are happy you have chosen the best care.
